Refunds

It is Tru-Wave's policy to not process refunds. Our products are of medical grade and fall under the class 2 medical device certification FDA 510K #102598, and for this reason we are unable to process a refund. 

Exchanges

You may, at Tru-Wave's discretion, exchange your unopened device or attachment for a different product or attachment of equal value. If your purchase was made at one of our booths at a fair, home show, marathon, or any event, you must process your exchange in person at the booth before the end of such event. If your purchase was made online or via a sales representative outside of an event, the unopened item must be shipped to our receiving address at your expense. Please message us on our contact page by clicking here and include a copy of your receipt or contact the sales representative that assisted you and let us know what item of equal value you would like to exchange your original purchase for. 

Note: Shipping your exchanged item is an additional $15.00.
